With an aim to address, both, the need and potential of Faecal Sludge Management (FSM), Environment Management and Policy Research Institute (EMPRI) and Center for Study of Science, Technology and Polcy (CSTEP) are jointly organising a workshop titled “Gaps in Sanitation: An FSM-centric view” on November 9, 2016 at Hotel Le Meridien, Bengaluru. The aim of this workshop is to highlight the sanitation situation, the need for FSM and associated information.

The launch of the GHG Platform–India website on the 15th of July 2016, Friday at the Juniper Hall, India Habitat Centre at New Delhi from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The GHG Platform-India is an Indian civil society initiative comprising institutions such as Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP), ICLEI South Asia, Vasudha Foundation, and World Resources Institute (WRI) India in addition to a few sectoral experts. The platform was jointly conceptualised by Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation and Vasudha Foundation. Vasudha foundation also acts as the Secretariat for the Platform. Click to view invite.
